Good place to hitchhike south, at least short distances. Cars go very slowly in the heavy traffic and there's some shelter under the bus stop.

Two men. The middle of nowhere, no cover from the elements. Good visibility and lots of room to stop at least. There's a bus line that stops close-ish to the spot.

Nice spot: cars slow down at the roundabout, plenty of space to stop on the side of the road, next to a petrol station, and last but not least plenty of shade! Ideal if you're headed north on the State Highway 1
