Prpbably a great place to go to dresden because we got offered like 4 times. We were going to leipzig tho. Even though this place is just before the turn on the highway there weren't a lot of people who could take us there. Eventually got picked up by a couple who dropped us of in thr middle of Leipzig.

Good place to go east. Lots of traffic, so a good place to ask around. You can get some food if you want.

Got a good ride pretty fast. Good place to go east apparently. About an hour with public transport/walking from Eisenach station.

It was pretty quiet but if there's more traffic this spot is probably great. Especially for getting into town.

We stood here for quite a long time but eventually got a ride to where we wanted to go. A lot of local traffic but maybe because of the time

Got a ride just after we started asking around. Lots of traffic, trucks too. Right before the border.

Good place to go south. Had a sign with Arnhem on it and eventually wanted to go to Köln. Pretty quickly got picked up by a guy who actually drove further and dropped us of at the german border because he worked there.

Put frankfurt on our signs and got a ride from the 5th person we asked. Lot of people and a good place to go south. You can go through the woods and over the fence but it's less of a hassle to just start at the onramp a couple of km back.

Good spot to get to the gas station down the road if you don't feel like climbing the fence. Decent traffic and got picked up almost immediately. About an hour away from cologne centre with public transport, google maps sends you through the woods and the entrance isn't really marked but there is a clear path.

Enough traffic so you can talk to people and not just wait around. Most traffic is local though. Best to ask for the next town over and not too far in my experience

Decent spot if you just want to get on the main road. There's a gas station 10 minutes down the road where local drivers can drop you off. There is enough room to stand, drivers can stop fine but the sidebank isn't thst big.

Wasn't much traffic but you can stand here fine. Enough room for the cars to stop too
