We got here by bus from Linz. Trafic was good here even at weekend. We got ride after few minutes of standing with a sign.

Good spot, there is a spot for a car to stop and a looot of cars are going through here. We waited like 15 minutes and than we got ride to Linz.

Great spot, around 40 cars per minute on a Friday midday. Our sign said Munich and we got dropped off close to Linz.

Terrible spot to Graz direction. Everyone went to Linz direction or just to Vienna. From this place we (couple) moved just a few kilometers (20 minute ride) to gas station under Vienna.

Great to go towards Vienna or Linz even later in the evening. If you're going south (Ljubjana for example), DO NOT stop here, we met people trying and being stranded there for 5h+

Good Position for Vienna and St. Pölten /Linz. Man cars pass for the perfect ride.

good spot to hitch a ride to linz/wien. mcdonald’s next door. better than trying to get to the ENI station down on A1 m, there’s no back road to it

On paper it looked like a perfect spot to go to Linz. But only old cuples and familys stop there. When sun sat, one driver saw me shivering and took pity on me. The drive was 2h long.

I saw a lot of bad reviews for the gas station. So i went to this traffic light and after 5 minutes somebody took me to Linz center. It is easier to hitchhike from the other side of Linz to go to Czech.

First, we tried a sign saying MUNICH, after two hours it started raining and still nothing. Then we tried a sign with LINZ, again two hours and nothing. Finally, we tried just VIENNA with a thumbs up—still nothing. In the end, we took a RegioJet bus to Vienna and from there we hitchhiked overnight to Munich. For us, it was a very bad spot, but give it a try and see for yourself :)

Great spot towards Linz

Place for cars to stop, moderate traffic. Got a ride to Linz after a while. Overall great spot

Had Linz on my sign and got told that nobody would go that direction. After 15 minutes we got a ride to St. Pölten. Lots of place to stop and much traffic.

Lots of cars, in multiple directions (Sopron, Wien, Linz). Didn't have to aks around, got picked up quickly without a sign. No shade is hard in the summer.

mostly cars going to vienna(or direction) at the gas station nearby but some traffic going west through the roundabout onto a1, lot of linz licence plates, not a lot of space to pull over but cars are going slow and will pull over there, and is legal to hitch here since it's not on the motorway

we were very lucky, because when we were unloading the stuff from the previous car, people saw the sign I was holding and just honked and stopped right next to it, the sign said Linz, Graz and it ended right in Graz
