Had to move a bit around to find a good spot that drivers could easily stop at. I ended up near the intersection close to McDonalds/charging station. You get a lot of traffic going different direction —north towards Aarhus, east towards Copenhagen or South towards Germany. I got a lot of people indicating they wanted to help but went another way.rating: 4/5, wait: 40 min 💬+🪧, ride: 71 km ↙

Hitchhiked twice from here, to Aarhus and to Mons Klint, waited 15-20 min each time. The car can stop at the parking spots if there are not too many cars parked, the spot is not ideal but works.―RaphaelPB, July 2016

Headed north to Aarhus, got a ride to Kolding after about 15-20 minutes. There is a parking lot just before the highway where cars can pull in.―Anonymous, April 2016

Surprisingly many car drivers were on their way to Aarhus only, so we ended up asking the druck drivers (probably all on their way to Hirtshals) and the first one said yes.―Anonymous, November 2015

Excellent place for getting to Aarhus. Getting cars going farther north a bit difficult, best bet is to go to Aarhus and then get a ride from there.―Anonymous, August 2015

While travelling from Aarhus to Berlin, I was unfortunately drropped at a shitty place some 2 km NE from this place. This ramp turned to be a nice place for my thumb. Got lift after some 30 minutes.―Anonymous, May 2015

Excellent spot for heading to Kolding or the direction of Aarhus. Stand a little in front of the traffic lights, this way cars slowing down can't ignore you. Had a lift within 15 minutes :)―Anonymous, June 2014
