We Got a ride with a dad all the Way to a put and take in Aarhus

Got very lucky with a ride after 5min waiting. Lots of space for cars to stop by the gas station. Convenient is also a traffic light 50m before the spot so they have time to see you. Got a ride directly to Aarhus, with the guy taking me to his house on the way to get some tools and also getting me a burger on the way. One of the nicest ride I’ve had

Straight to Aarhus

Very good spot with a lot of traffic coming in waves from the traffic light down the road. Easy for cars to pull over in the dead end street before the gas station or in the gas station. Waited no more than 20 minutes before I got a ride to Aarhus. I was hoping to take the northern way with the boat, but we went west and then north from Jylland instead.

The shoulder is definitely still there, good space to stand and plenty of space for cars to stop. Both for going towards Herning and towards Aarhus works. I don't think I've ever waited here more than 10 minutes. If you see the sticker with Change the System bottom up I put it there :P

Mostly to Aalborg, sometimes Aarhus i would assume

Had a lot of luck. There are traffic lights slowing down the cars sometimes. But often they are getting stressed from behind. Good spot to get to Aarhus. Especially around 3-5 pm

There are a lot of cars driving from the airport. Cars go slow, because most of them are fiddling with their GPS. Had 1 hours until the next airport bus to Aarhus. Asked the woman working in the sausage stand for a piece of cardboard. No problem. Would totally do it again.

2 hours of asking everyone in an evening, very few people, and they where going to Kolding or Aarhus. We end up going north of Kolding to another spot.

A bit of walking to get here, but got halfway to Aarhus after 30min. Many cars not going far, but good space to stop,and cars going slow up the hill.

Had to move a bit around to find a good spot that drivers could easily stop at. I ended up near the intersection close to McDonalds/charging station. You get a lot of traffic going different direction —north towards Aarhus, east towards Copenhagen or South towards Germany. I got a lot of people indicating they wanted to help but went another way.

Good place for cars to stop. We were two people heading towards Aarhus and we got a lift to Middelfart after 40 minutes.

Tried to get to Aarhus - waited over 30 minutes with no success, took a bus from Valby instead.

works also northwards at the traffic lights. 2 minutes waiting time to Aarhus in the morning rushhour.

Hitchhiked twice from here, to Aarhus and to Mons Klint, waited 15-20 min each time. The car can stop at the parking spots if there are not too many cars parked, the spot is not ideal but works.

Headed north to Aarhus, got a ride to Kolding after about 15-20 minutes. There is a parking lot just before the highway where cars can pull in.

Surprisingly many car drivers were on their way to Aarhus only, so we ended up asking the druck drivers (probably all on their way to Hirtshals) and the first one said yes.

Excellent place for getting to Aarhus. Getting cars going farther north a bit difficult, best bet is to go to Aarhus and then get a ride from there.
