Awful spot to go to the South and to Pau and even to go Bordeaux. Very few cars are stopping. you could get stuck for a long time easily.

Good spot to go Rennes with the A11 or Bordeaux with the A10. From Paris you have to take the train to Dourdan then a bus to Saint-Arnoult en Yvelines and walk like 20 minutes.

With sign "Bordeaux". Ride to Saintes. If I had more cardboard I might have tried a sign with "Peage", because not many people took this onramp.

Un soir de fin aout, seule (jeune femme). Pas beaucoup de passage, ni d'automobilistes allant dans ma direction, même en me postant vers la station service et dans la cafétéria. L'orage grondait, finalement, un couple avec deux enfants (mes sauveurs) ont pu m'amener jusqu'à Clermont-Ferrand, je me suis postée au bord de la bretelle de sortie. Ça reste je pense un très bon spot pour qui veut aller dir Bordeaux ou Lyon.

1H30 d'attente pour être amené au péage direction bordeaux. Il y a une ligne de bus souvent libre pour permettre aux voitures de s'arrêter. Beaucoup de trafic et de réactions de la part des automobilistes. Peut-être que la manifestation a rendu les choses plus compliquées...

Good spot for go in bordeaux or near by. I guy dropped me at the pessac's station where i took a train for bordeaux(is 2.60€ but is only one stop, if you want if think is safe not to pay for yhe ticket).

5 min wait for a ride to Bordeaux. Enough space on the right for cars to stop

I waited at the ticket machine with a sign "Toulouse" and got a ride to Bordeaux. Perfect!

I waited at the parking place just after the péage. It may be faster to stay direct at the ticket machine (but illegal). Good to go to Bordeaux!

There are lots of cars coming by, but I think most of them are going north. We waited quite a while with a sign to Brive/Bordeaux.

waited one minute with a sign before a young couple took us to lacnau. seems like the main route to lacanau from bordeaux

Bad spot to go to Poitiers or Niort, people here are going more to La Rochelle, Bordeaux or Vendée area. In two hours I met only two people going to Poitiers, but they didn't have seat. Good spot to go to La rochelle, Bordeaux or la Roche sur Yon either.

I waited there about 2 hours on a wednesday afternoon, but I think that it is pretty decent for Paris. Initially I had a sign with A10 / Bordeaux / Aire de Limours written on it, but then I switched to keep only A10 and much more cars stopped, until I was taken to the Limours gas station. Nice shady little wating spot, with space for cars to stop. Good luck 😉

Nice for taking a ride to the South. There's no péages at Bordeaux's rocade of Bordeaux so it's easy to ask for a stop at some of the "sorties" (exit from A10 - roundabout for leave the car - return to A10.

That's the rocade D10. Easy for taking A10 in every direction (especially North (to Paris) and South (Bordeaux - Spain). There's a traffic light in both directions. Nice spot. Keep hichtmap alive please !! 🙌🏻

We were 3 people so It didnt help but we searched a ride in direction of Toulouse, while everybody was going to bordeaux. Still a good spot if you search for going west. Somebody took us 3 to Agen after 90min

Great if you’re going to Bordeaux or Poitier but never stop here on your way to Nantes. Nobody stops here.

Very good spot to go east from Bordeaux. A bit far from Bordeaux center but you can take the tramway or a bus, walk, and then access it by Leclerc Drive just aside, I asked directly to cars at the gas station and I had a ride until Clermont Ferrand (they were going to Vosges) so I could have done a 9h trip. I am a girl, I was alone with a small bag.
