Un soir de fin aout, seule (jeune femme). Pas beaucoup de passage, ni d'automobilistes allant dans ma direction, même en me postant vers la station service et dans la cafétéria. L'orage grondait, finalement, un couple avec deux enfants (mes sauveurs) ont pu m'amener jusqu'à Clermont-Ferrand, je me suis postée au bord de la bretelle de sortie. Ça reste je pense un très bon spot pour qui veut aller dir Bordeaux ou Lyon.

Good spot to Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand

Two young people (one woman one man) going north, trying to get a ride to Dijon or Strasbourg. After standing a while, we started asking people directly who stopped at the red light. Unfortunately, everybody was going either to Paris or Clermont-Ferrand. Ended up getting a ride to Lille instead.

Many cars stopped, but to Clermont-Ferrand, I waited around 45 minutes.

Lots of traffic to get to Clermont-Ferrand and Paris. Good location for cars to stop.

Pathetic place. Nobody's going in direction of Paris. Good place for going to Clermont-Ferrand. I stayed there for almost 4 hours, after I almost lost all hope a guy stopped to give me a ride to the next gas station where I caught a ride to Paris

HUGE high way service station. Hard to 'cover' all the cars you want to ask for a ride. A lot of going back and forth. The truck station is further way which is a bit bad so you can't easily go ask there. Sign said "Lyon/Clermont-Ferrand". Got a ride from a going going into Lyon. He let me out a little North of Lyon where I could go over the high way to Relais Bruyères Paisy and catch a ride to Clermont-Ferrant.

Towards Bordeaux. In August, with sign. Not a good spot I think. A lot of families that don’t take strangers, best to try clermont-ferrand. Good luck :)

Arrived from Villefranche-sur-Saône, i could continue to Clermont-Ferrand and north then. Just walk across the toll and stay at the parking entrance.

Good place to go north (Clermont-Ferrand) and South (Massiac, Montpelier), but really hard to go south-west. Took me approx. 90 min, till one lady took me to Aurillac.

Towards Clermont-Ferrand. Enough space to stop and there is the traffic light.

A lot of cars are going out at the next exit but I found in 15minutes a guy going in Clermont-Ferrand A89 so that was perfect for me ! (There is a door open for entering in this gas station by foot)

Vers Clermont-Ferrand. Trs mauvais, peu de passage.

Nice spot to head to Paris Toulouse. To head south (Clermont-Ferrand), take the first ride to Bourges and ask to be left in the service area which is a few kilometers before Bourges.

Direction PARAY-LE-MONIAL - MACON / MONTCEAU-LES-MINES. ou Direction MOULIN - MONTLUCON / CLERMONT-FERRAND. Sortie de rond-point sur bretelle d'accs N79 (2X2 voies). Place pour s'arrter. Trafic lent du fait de la sortie du rond-point. Peu de prdisposition prendre les gens en stop.

10 juillet 2014. Seul avec une pancarte CLERMONT-FERRAND puis, sans pancarte pensant que celle-ci me nuisait, on s'est arrêté deux fois, pour me proposer de m'emmener à MONTPELLIER puis à CANNES. Mais personne pour CLERMONT-FERRAND. J'ai quitté ce spot u bout de deux heures pour tenter par les routes locales ce qui fut bien plus productif...

Directions CLERMONT-FERRAND ou MILLAU - BEZIERS / MONTPELLIER. Sortie de rond-point et entre sur 2X2 voies. Trafic non ngligeable passant faible allure du fait de la sortie du rond-point. Place suffisante pour s'arrter. Cependant, une bonne partie du trafic prend vraisemblablement la direction de MILLAU - BEZIERS / MONTPELLIER. Difficile donc pour prendre la direction de CLERMONT-FERRAND.

10 juillet 2014, j'ai été déposé sur cette aire d'autoroute. Le trafic allait principalement vers MONTPELLIER ou BEZIERS. Une partie allait aussi à RODEZ. Mais avec mon carton CLERMONT-FERRAND, personne ne m'a prit. Un mec en camion m'a proposer de m'emmener direction RODEZ. J'ai accepté en demandant qu'il me laisse à l'entrée de la 2X2 voies d'accès à l'autoroute.

Direction MILLAU - CLERMONT-FERRAND. Bretelle d'accs sans page. Trafic lent du fait de la sortie de rond-point. Peu de passage. Place pour s'arrrter un peu limite mais comme il n'y que peu de passage, l'accs pourrait bien ne pas tre gn.
