J'ai utilisé 4/5 fois ce spot pour prendre l'A6 (vers Paris/Dijon). Le souci est que beaucoup de gens ne vont vraiment pas loin, ie la prochaine sortie (ce qui n'aide pas). S'ils vont vers Clermont Ferrand, demandez de vous faire déposer à la station service de Dardilly qui est AVANT la jonction, de là c'est plus facile !

While i was heading to a spot, guy approached me and asked where i was going, so i could ride with him in the direction of Dijon

terrible for us. we only waited because one bus driver told us there will be another bus in few hours going to marseille and he might take us. as you might guess, there was no bus. tried to get to dijon / lyon btw

We were trying to go towards Dijon. Found someone who worked in Strasbourg but was happy to take us to Colmar

Bon spot pour aller vers le Nord, mais pas vers le Sud. Attendu 4 heures sans trouver de place pour Lyon un dimanche soir. Trop chargés pour changer de spot, on a dormi sur place. Et accepté un trajet pour Dijon le lendemain.

Was hitchhiking at the end of the gasstation for about ten minutes until a mother and her daughter picked me up. I was heading to the Netherlands and they happened to be going all the way to Dijon. I got lucky, so I don’t actually know if it is a good spot for heading north.

Got a single ride to Dijon. Spot is very bad nobody stops got lucky. The only other chance is to ask truckers.

two young male hikers, we started two ask people at 6 PM and still got a very nice ride to dijon, they even would let us sleep at there place

Tried to go south to Dijon, but most cars went west or even North/East, because there is a bridge to the other side of the highway wich quite a few people take. Eventually I had to take a ride into a slidely different direction than planned. But it tourned out very nice!

Not great, we got there at 8, a lot of people going through, but most to Annecy, and almost all not willing to take you. Cars can't really stop if you cross the french border because it's straight into highway, so you look quite suspicious trying to get into their car just before the border. We (2 people) were trying to go in the direction of Bourg-En-Bresse/Dijon, but luck was so bad we just put "A40" on our sign. Eventually got so desperate we accepted a ride to annemasse in the wrong direction, just to change scenery... On the plus size you can go into the change office, it's warm, there's a few standing chairs, some vending machines and charging ports.

No room for cars to stop at the end of the station, but they are still doing it. Refused one ride to Paris and one to Dijon before heading to Besançon with someone going to Montbéliard.

Get a ride to Dijon

Met a couple hitchhiking here. They were there for 45 minutes. I got lucky and they found a ride to Dijon and I could join.

Two young people (one woman one man) going north, trying to get a ride to Dijon or Strasbourg. After standing a while, we started asking people directly who stopped at the red light. Unfortunately, everybody was going either to Paris or Clermont-Ferrand. Ended up getting a ride to Lille instead.

Got here late afternoon. We couldn't get a ride, so we decided to spend the night here, in the cornfield. In the morning we stopped a guy going to western France. He took us south of Dijon

there is space to pull over after the sign but many drivers cant see it until they get off the roundabout. possible drivers to stop in the roundabout though, but theyd have to really want to because its a bit risky. we waited an hour with a sign for dijon, but got a lift when we switched to one saying A36. if you want to hitch from here bring a sign for Montbelliard or Besançon. traffic was good around mid day, you could probably get a lift really quickly during peak commuter hours.

Enough space to stop (even for a truck). The truck driver took me to Dijon. Reasonable amount of cars using this road.
