New favorite spot to leave Paris going to anywhere around Rouen, Caen, Mont Saint-Michel, Le Havre, etc... Red light just before the highway entrance with cars having to get passed Morainvilliers gas station on the highway. I tried twice and always got taken on the first try to the gas station. From here just follow gas stations on the highway on your path. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes usually making a stop at Bosgouet gas station right after Rouen to reach further in Normandie or even Saint Malo.Really easy to reach by foot, take the train to Poissy then bus 12 and walk.

Not the best spot, a lot of trucks and lanes so it's hard for a lot of cars to stop for you. but a big traffic, after 30 minutes I got a lift with a sign Le Havrerating: 4/5

We tried to hitchhike at this peage going north. It was already 9 o clock in the evening and our sign 'Amiens' wasn't working out. Desperately we tried a combination of 'Le Havre', 'Amiens' and even 'Belgium' (our final destination of the day). And it worked! We had a ride up to Lille, but we had to wait over one hour for it.rating: 4/5

I'm use to take the metro to technopole and to walk to this place. it's working well to go to the A13 ( direction Le Havre or Paris). large place for the cars.rating: 4/5

To everywhere: Rouen, Caen, Paris.Probably not the best position, but many cars go out of the city from this road, there is a traffic light before and a parking place aside, so if they see you when waiting at the traffic light then they can easily stop at the parking. Lot of people work in Le Havre harbour, so they can bring you to Pont de Normandie direction Caen.
