ok spot, direction Lyon, fortunately after some hours a czech (same as us) with a tow truck took us all the way to Montpellier with a night stop under Lyon for sleep, we met another group of hitchhikers, but we were already full. we had a beer that evening, continued next morning, good guy (shoutout to Petr from morava, but you should have been little more talkative)

direccion Lyon (maybe too ambitious), little crazy, but kind, arab guy moved us near Besancon, still full of expectations

Talk to a few people, was very busy in the afternoon around 2pm. Got a ride directly to Lyon

After a night in the corn field, i found a truck driver early morning to lyon in 10 minutes. Ask around !

Lots of cars, especially in summer. Can go to Marseille, Aix en Provence, Nice and also towards Lyon. The number of people can make it a bit long to find the good car asking around. I usually just wait at the exit of the shop.

Good service starion, lots of traffic. Not many cars go past lyon and to the south. Eventually some locals took me to the next peage from where i had better luck

Awful spot, after 2,5 hours someone finally stopped and brought me to Lyon. I tried standing before and after the gates, had a sign with Lyon/Nord and also tried just thumbing.

I stood at the entrance of the roundabout on the D392 just after the pedestrian crossing, with a sign "Colmar". Many people declined, but I finally got a ride almost to Lyon. Decent spot for the region.

Un soir de fin aout, seule (jeune femme). Pas beaucoup de passage, ni d'automobilistes allant dans ma direction, même en me postant vers la station service et dans la cafétéria. L'orage grondait, finalement, un couple avec deux enfants (mes sauveurs) ont pu m'amener jusqu'à Clermont-Ferrand, je me suis postée au bord de la bretelle de sortie. Ça reste je pense un très bon spot pour qui veut aller dir Bordeaux ou Lyon.

Great to get to Lyon. If your Ride is bringing you near to the city, but not exactly, you will reach Lyon from here within the shortest time. For me it was the case at least.

I normally avoid Peages, but I didnt have an other choice. I got picked up by a Bus driver who brought me 2 Hours in the direction of Lyon. He drove to Marseille, so I could have went Germany-Marseille in one day so great spot, maybe it was just luck.

The spot is generally not very good, but you will get a ride. From the wohle intersection this exact point is the best place I reckon, because you have a red light and almost all the cars on the right lane later on merge onto the autobahn (I was going direction Lyon)

Good spot for lyon clermont ferrant or bordaux. Not so muvh space for cars to stop but valid spot.

I was aiming clarmont ferrand, it was not in that direction but a woman drop me near tartare near the entrace of the highway, is from there to go to clermont or lyon pr bordaux

Not easy to reach from lyon(you walk a lot or you take metro or bus) but from there is easy go to north or in my case to Clermont ferrant pr roanne. Lot of traffic and space for cars

I wanted to enter in the hightway but when i tried a policeman/security guy told me(in a rude way) i couldn't. I was pissed off but i went in the national road and with 2 ride went in lyon. On the national road you go more slow but is easy to find ride
