I meet a beautiful mother of 2 dauthers.They bring me to montpellier, vicino with good music and when they drop me they give me 20 euros. Love them

From Cap Rousillon, fairly easy to get to, just ignore google telling you to walk for over an hour and cut the field after passing D900. Tried to go for Lyon/Paris but noone picked us up for 1,5h. In the morning asked around the parking lot and managed to get a ride with a spanish family all the way to Montpellier.Got stuck here in the evening before so i have great tips for sleeping:

Really good spot to go to Nîmes or Montpellier.Unfortunately, we were going to the north (Lyon) so we had to refuse 3 times before someone stopped.
If you go to the north, I think it's better to use a sign (Orange, Lyon...)

Normally I think it shield be a good spot but I was there on a Monday at 5 pm and waited for 3 hours. Some cars stopped but they all went in the direction of Marseille. As I wanted to go to Montpellier, I decided to sleep inside the Service Station. There is a canape , wifi, electricity, Pizza and Even a shower. In the Next morning I only had to wait for 15 minutes.
