Long wait, we’d clearly been on the road for too long though. Once we got refreshed at the restaurant we quickly got a ride to Breda, wouldn’t expect anyone to take you further. Most people here were heading to Dordrecht

Third time using this spot to get out of Dordrecht direction south. Normally takes me 15 minutes to get to the highway, this morning took me one hour.

Hard verge on the access lane at Bergen op Zoom. Visually a good spot towards Breda and Dordrecht.

A busy road, so good for hitchhiking, but most of the traffic will go to Rotterdam and not further so the traffic that is able to give you a hike to for example Dordrecht is sparse. Also last time I was kicked away by the petrol station owner for asking the tanking people (even though I always smile, wish people a good journey and are dressed pretty neat) but a sign at the parking lot behind the station also worked out OK :)
