Theoretically good spot, bus stop behind a roundabout, so cars go slow, but traffic is low. Got ride to Nidzica (kind of random, but relatively in my direction) in 120 minutes. Going from Toruń to Olsztyn was quite hard, always waited long time on this road (cca 105, 215 and 120 minutes).

Quite good spot, cars don't go too fast and can notice you well, got ride to Toruń in 40 minutes.

Not a good spot. After two hours we can go to toruń but no bydgoszcz rides.

We caught a ride here to Toruń in 5 minutes! Very nice stop, drivers are turning there and going pretty slow + it has a lot of space to stop. Totally recommend :)

We waited here about 1h30minute, but we had a group of 16 persones and we went to Toruń :)

If you fail to thumb a ride from a road, you can ask drivers on gas station. If you are heading to Gniezno, Toruń, Bydgoszcz direction, it's better to hike on Gnieźnieńska street, 2 km north from here.

There is a lot of place to stop about 100 m after lights. Cars are slow, and you can easily get a ride to Łódź, Warszawa. It takes me less than 5 min. You can even try to get a ride to Toruń and Gdańsk. Hitchhiking with a sign is much better :) You can also ask on a 2 petrol stations.

Really good place. I got a lift straight to Toruń just in 20 miutes.

It's good place to catch a hike to Bydgoszcz/Toruń/Warsaw

To get to the point you need to take one of the buses going to the station Fordońska- Wiadukt (65, 81, 33N). Then cross the bridge over Vistula river (Most Fordoński, approximatelly 800m long)and walk 500m more close to Strzyżawa. There is a bus station and a perfect spot for hitchhikers going from Bydgoszcz to Toruń and Warsaw.
