Not a lot of traffic, and most cars going to Poznan. One guy came from the gas station on the opposite side of the road and offered me a ride.

Tried three different signs. Had luck with "Warsaw" and ended in Łódź.

Great place, cars have an option to park safely on BP station. We cought a ride after 9 mins to Warsaw.

Probably possible to get further but since there is so little traffic and cars go all the different directions after Warsaw, then when a fifth car stopped and offered a ride to Warsaw centre, we took it. From there we took a hour on the bus to the popular place in Warsaw to go to west and got onto the second car easily. Definitely better to go to Warsaw centre with a ride rather than stop here.

Ton of cars and Trucks, most going relatively long distances. Still took a while to get a lift, a lot of very full cars returning from holiday and some people wo wanted to deliberatr while eatong something wether they will take me. Also a lot of trucks but didnt have much luck with them. I think this spot is mostly good towards warsaw.

Perfect spot for escaping Warsaw. If you go on foot, then there is a 2m fence surrounding it, but a bit to the west there is one gate near a highway emergency exit, which is held only by wire and can be opened

Not much traffic, but it's steady. Plenty of space to pull over. Cars are going slow and have lots of time to see you.
A guy stopped after 5 min, but was going a different way. 5 min later another guy stopped and gave me a ride to a reststop 40km from Warsaw.

Most of the cars going to Bydgoszcz but you can find someone going east eventually. Nice spot to hang around in front of the gas station and talk to drivers, people are friendly. Got a ride to Warsaw with a person from Berlin going to Lithuania with their van.

Got quite lucky as the first person who stopped was heading straight to Warsaw. He was very lovely Latvian man and he even offered me both breakfast and lunch on our way to Poland.

Cars stop before the lights and can see your sign, most of the traffic going to different parts of Warsaw, got a ride from a person who used to hitchhike, wanted to help and took me to the highway even though it was not on their way at all

Just asked everybody to get a lift to Warsaw. After 20 mins found a guy next to toilet area going to Warsaw. Probably the best place to hitch north because some people were going to Gdansk and Lodz.
