I used bus stop, because it was raining. A lot of traffic there, but the right lane is for turning right, so drivers need to change lanes to stop for you. A lot of cars going to airport or to Novi Sad highway. With sign Cacak/Valjevo I only took a ride to Obrenovac in 2h

Lots of space to stop for cars and they see you well. Got a ride to Novi Sad immediately.

We got here accidentally when hitchhiking to Novi Sad. Lots of traffic, but most of them go more far than Novi Sad and can’t drop you off at a highway exit to Nobody Sad because of this “Novi Sad bypass” highway design. (Check it out on a map!) Still we were lucky and got a ride to Novi sad quickly by asking around.

Not many cars are going here and most of them are full. We stood in front of the entrance to the shop and asked people. We were lucky and found someone after 15 min who took us to Novi Sad.

Took me around 45min to get a ride with a "Novi Sad" sign, but got the ride cus I was asking people directly at the same time

If you travel from the Novi Sad Sever toll gate, there is a high chance that a lot of people from the area of Vrbas will stop for you. If you need to go further towards Subotica/Hungary, I wouldn't recommend catching rides just to Vrbas. The car speed at this spot is quite high, you can easily get stuck here.

I was at this spot 2 or 3 times but never got a lift fast. Usually I was waiting for 40-60 minutes. Some rides took me just to the highway to Belgrade/Budapest but a lot of people travel all the way to Novi Sad and Belgrade

Its okey place to go in direction of Croatia, Cacak or Novi Sad. After 40 min with sign "Novi Sad" we got a ride where we needed.

HH at 7 PM. Not many people go further than Novi Sad. Cars are not willing to take HHs. I got a lift with truck driver.

Great spot for hitching out of Belgrade north. There is quiet a lot of traffic, mostly local though. Easy to get a ride to a gas station or toll station on A1 northbound somewhere near Belgrade from which you can then hitch hike towards Novi Sad and Hungary. We were 2 guys, used Novi Sad sign and got a ride to Stara Pazova toll station.

Some traffic but not too busy (mostly trucks). Mostly dont stop. A car took me to Novi Sad

Good spot to go to Novi Sad. Shadow during the afternoon and good place for the cars to stop with a good visibility.

Hopeless place if you go towards Novi Sad. Every single driver that was willing to pick me up, headed westwards or just few kilometers away from Belgrade. After 3h45m I gave up.

A nice place, not so heavy movement (tuesday noon-afternoon), but rather easy to find someone going Belgrade or Novi Sad.

Walked to the spot from the small border pass. There is a sign before the junction and a little space for cars to stop. It was Saturday and I was heading to Novi Sad, but after more than an hour and half I got a lift to Subotica and took a bus to NS there. Although spot itself is convenient, I wouldn't recommend going there all the way from the border.

Very good spot for hitchhiking, lot of space and car must slow down due to speed bump. I had the sign and I waited just 2-3 minutes and then car from Novi Sad, Serbia stopped

Good spot, lot of place to stop, slow speeds and decent traffic. You can take busses from the center of Novi Sad to here or walk.

We were heading just towards some borders. Croatia or Hungary. After a while we got a ride to Novi Sad.
