Good spot for Direction Zürich / Bern.

Nice spot especially for Zürich! Not many cars here but most are going through Zürich. We also talked to some going to Luzern, but we needed to go to Zürich. Waited 5 min.

First car took me to Zürich, wasn't that busy though

The perfect spot if you are going to Switzerland. Lots of Swiss cars. A guy approached me in the bathroom after seeing my sign. He took me straight to my destination (Zürich). I didn't even have to wait. Strongly recommend this spot for Southbound travel.

impossible to rate this spot accurately because we got a lift from the first people we asked straight to zürich. probably helps to have german, there was a few cars parked here midday on a weekday, but not more than five. places for sleeping behind the rest station if youre in a pinch.

Good place for hitchhiking to Zürich. Cars go slowly, there is enough place to stop.

Amazing spot, picked up immidiately by some Liechtensteiners. Unfortunately this great spot was wasted on a crappy ride, We wanted to go to Zug/Lucerne and they were headed to Zürich so they only drove us like 5 minutes down the highway before dropping us off at a worse spot. They were kinda hippies and I think they just wanted to pick us up cause they thought it would be fun. Word of advice: if it’s not the ride it’s not the ride, and don’t trust Liechtensteiners they’re a bit strange

Waited 10 minutes for a ride to Zürich. You can stand right next to the highway sign, so its still technically legal. Not the best spot but the cars aren't going very fast yet and there is space for them to stop.

A wonderfull spot for hitchiking to Zürich. You can hide under the bridge in case of rain. Got a ride in 5 mins standing just after the bridge.

Absolute banger. Directions of Basel/Zürich. You just take your sign, sit on a fence and wait. Tons of space to stop, lots of cars and they are slow because of the traffic light. Also it is a spectacular view from the bridge if you are going from the bus station (10-15 minutes away btw)

Really good spot to go to Schaffhausen or Zürich because there are a lot of cars going in this direction and the cars can pull over very easy. We were 2 men.

Really good spot to go to Winterthur or Zürich, the cars can pull over easily and they don't come too fast because of the traffic lights. I (male) was alone.

A car to Zürich stopped very soon. There was a little place to stop for a car but not the best place for that.

Many French cars or from Geneva but I got a ride to the big gas station north of Geneva (the guy was going to Vevey) after about 20-30 main. I had a sign for Zürich.

Lots of traffic. But i would recommend using a sign bc the street is going towards the highway heading north (Zürich) as well as to the highway heading south (Gotthard). Most cars going north

The most cars don‘t leave the bodensee area, so difficult to find ohne who is going further (e.g. zürich)

Not a really got Spot but one of the best spots to leave Zürich (wich is Not easy) in any direction. There is a buslane wich is only used by buses so Cars can Stop there If Theres No Bus
