Place to stop, cars pass slowly cuz of the roundabout, but only a few km with this ride

No one wanted to take us, but an old person finally took us to Podgorica

Great spot, cars move slow. Someone tried to offer me a ride for 5 euros but that’s really not the idea lol I got a ride 20 min after . Sign with “Albania”

Free Ferry for pedestrians, just walk on. Free WiFi. Ask around on the ferry. First person i asked took me all the way through MNE.

Walking outside of sight from the BP. Traffic to Herceg Novi. Not much shade.

tourists going to Albania, I got of at ulcinj. Had a Sign with “South” on it.

2 guys waited for 30 minutes. Young ukranian took us to Ulcinj. No sign

2 boys waited for 20 minutes. The bakery is a good spot for lunch or a snack. Two older guys took us to Shkoder and bought us a beer on the way also. Would recommend this spot.

you can propably easily find a ride in the morning from tourists going to croatia, french couple took me to dubrovnik

Got a ride to the P11 Start of highway to Kotor perast etc. Prob the best spot for going west in Niksic

The 4th car that passed in 20 min. Not a lot of traffic, but the best spot you can have. I got a ride from the parking lot, some Swedish tourists.

if you wanna get to budva from here, don't take a ride to petrovac since there's no good hitchhiking spot there, here is a nice spot to wait a bit longer

waited a bit after the intersection, there is some good space for cars to see you and stop, some cars going short distances stopped but i ended up finding a ride to podgorica (1 girl)

Got a ride to the Montenegro border, there isn’t a lot of traffic , I would advice not using a sign, that’s what I did at first and got no rides. Just classic thumb! It’s all the same road

Really difficult to hitch from: either try to work the entrance but thats unlikely to work and not clear whether cars entering are happy to pick you up or are just stopping anyway, or try to ask people. Lots of tour busses, campervans, and bikers, none of which work. Avoid where possible. Having said that, it's at least somewhere with a good view. And I got lucky with a long distance hitch to Budva, Montenegro.

We were two persons going south but rides to direction of Bosnia were way easier ( just turn south in Bosnia and continue through Montenegro after)

Waited here because there was more place to stop but i would recommend to just stand at the exit of roundabout. Thats the most popular position to stand in Montenegro. Locals do that even tho there is no place to stop but drivers prefer much more stopping at lower speed even tho blocking the road. But got the ride in 30 min with a serbian guy who did the wrong turn. Got to Berane. But not easy section to HH

Spot is probably one of the most popular in montenegro. Came at the same moment as local got picked up in 10 mins to Cetinje. Also met other hitchhikers who said before them 5 locals got picked up and then they got picked up in like two mins. Good spot. The best in this direction

Idk why but maybe not a touristic season but had to wait for almost 90 min here. Before this montenegro was a dream to hitchhike. But good spot never the less. Cars see you for a really long time so if they wanted they will stop.

Stood there right next to the hotel and it was 1 a.m. already. Young guy with his girlfriend took us to bar and then to ulcinj after we told him we'll pay for the gasoline (we were really in a hurry there to get to our camping spot) Overall Montenegro was a great hitchiking relief after being stranded in Bosnia and and Herzegovina fro 3 days.

3 young Montenegro guys spotted on the bus helped us a lot here, staying on the road for the cars to stop and went with us a little further

Not much traffic going into Montenegro from here. We've spotted a city bus and went there, it turned out it's 1 euro for 30km to the prom spot

Stood there for almost 3 hours, and nobody took us and made us clear that they are not going to montenegro...so we had to take a bus . Wouldnt recomment , its not worth the wait , better to take the bus to Podgorica

Enough traffic but most is tourists or people who don’t want to stop. I still put 4 stars cause it was a pretty place to wait with a nice view and a lot of traffic so a good chance to get lucky. 2 people (boy and girl) got a ride to the Montenegro border in 1.5 hours

In theory, it was a great place – a hostel, a gas station, and a place to buy vignettes for TIRs (entry and exit from the same side), but we came across a little traffic. It was getting late, so after almost an hour, we decided we'd be done in 10 minutes and were going to sleep here at the hostel. We were about to head back when a couple from Poland on their way to Montenegro stopped by. We got to Zvolen SK with them.
