Great spot, lots of traffic, many rides to Toulouse. After some 20 minutes I found a guy going to Italy that took me to Valance. Thumbing at the exit.

you can hitch a ride within minutes into toulouse. most cars continue direction bordeaux/paris, but it's a bad spot for Carcassone/Narbonne. If you wanna go there you'd better hitch into Toulouse center, take the metro to Ramonville and continue from there

REST AREA : Aire de Volvestre (towards south) / de la Garonne (towards north)

Last rest area with gas station before Toulouse.

Gas station with a store, coffee machines, bathrooms, etc.
