Aire de La Courneuve Est
The door was not open, but you can follow the wall/fence until it ends, climb down a small hill towards the autoroute and then jump the (second, smaller) fence. Sounds more complicated than it ended up being, the fence is even a little bent down and there's trees to help. Lots of local cars but I still found people going through Lille to Mons within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this spot to get out of Paris to the North.rating: 4/5, wait: 15 min 💬, ride: 246 km ↗

Many locals but I think it is the best place to hitchhike to the North! The door was open, I had no problem for entering ;)

Yes, many people are going to airport or are locals, but it is quite good place to start, we got a ride in direction Lille in 1,5 hour - but we were 4!

It is open indeed, it was quite busy on a sunday, a lot of people are going somewhere local/to the airport, but still quite good.

When passing on the highway I seemed like construction finished, can somebody confirm it?

Still under construction, better to get a lift at Port de la Chapelle.

Aire de la Courneuve: Hard to reach but the best way towards Picardy/Lille. Often many hitchikers there. Hole in the cloture nearby.
