It tooks more than one hour to get a ride. Lots of people passing towards west, but most of them are to arrogant to take them with you.

Huge service station with a lot of traffic. I got here after sunset so I wasn't expecting to get a ride till the next day but finally some young Italian folks picked me up at midnight. The shop also has a wall with books so if you feel lost, check out the printed maps of France and take note of the service stations.

I was here on my way to Italy by myself and it took me hours to find someone. Important is that you find someone who is going at least until the boarder, Monaco is not enough. Also the last gas station right after Monaco supposed to be not so well frequented. Anyway, lot of rich somewhat older people passing by here which made it a bit difficult for me.

Here is the perfetc spot for going South and East. However, if you want to go Spain don't come here late in the day. drivers are not willing to give you a lift because they drive long and they want to have a rest somewhere before Spanish border. We waited more than 3 hours after noon. But if you come early morning you can increase your luck towards Spain. Good luck!
