okay. we were two people heading to the center of barcelona. waited 2 ours with no success. So we went to the train station nearby ( castellbisbal). there is a good road which leads to this station

Good option if you are heading to France since a lot of trucks go there. Got a lift to Nice in 20min, just had to wait the truck leaves (1more hour). You should directly go to talk with drivers.
But most of cars who stop there seem to go to Barcelona.
