Me and my girlfriend wanted to go towards Luxembourgh and got stuck here until we found a drive to Bierges service station close to Wavre by asking. The guy who took us didn't have to go that way but he made the trip just for us :)

We tried to get through Brussels in the direction of Luxemburg. It took us 4 h until we decided to go into the city and with public transportation to the other side. A lot of traffic into the city and to Antwerpen

This is a petrol station to avoid if you want to get past Brussels. Much of the traffic that stops here will not go further than Brussels itself.

Traffic all through the night - I arrived at around 4.45am and got away around 6am with a guy going to the Alsace. most cars in between only went into brussels, though.

Even on a rainy evening at ten o clock easy to find a ride to Leuven. Big and well known service station. Good spot!
