We were too late for the trucks and too early for the cars. Hard to tell how good this spot is but it should be possible to find a lift, just don't expect it to be fast since there seemed to be very little traffic.

It is easier to find rides early in the day. I got there almost at three pm and had to wait a long time til a truckdriver gave me a ride to a gas station near Hamburg. Think is one of the best place to get a hitchike in Padborg, though.

We got stucked here for three and half hours on Thursday morning while trying to get to HH. Very little traffic and almost no truck drivers. Would choose to be dropped of at some bigger gas station next time, seems like nobody was stopping before the borders, only people going to Flensburg.

Truckers headed for all parts of Europe(Germany, Italy, Spain, ect.) stop here. First guy I asked took me all the way to HH.
