Honswijck

Good spot with lots of friendly drivers. Got a lift to Apeldoorn in 20 mins. Bit of a mission to get to the spot but worth it compared to hitching from the official spot back in Amsterdam

Good spot to go east, much traffic, possible to ask drivers. You can easily get here right from Amsterdam (from official lift-place).

I started today from there ind directions A3 up to Nurnberg and then A6. Guy tooked me after 10 mins. Definetely go by the bus 328 and use the Soundhikers directions! They are pretty good. https://mapsengine.google.com/map/edit?mid=zim3yyeXLB0M.k23R5QXscEDo

Don't even loose time taking the 110 bus. It's way faster to walk. Here is a map with everything explained.

Pretty nice spot to hitching! We got here a Dutch which gave us a lift to Apeldoorn even if he was living near the Amersfoort. There was also a very nic touristic bus from Russia. Good spot to get a truck or car, convienent.

We took the bus number 320 (one ticket is 4 euros) and then number 110 at the stop "P & R Terrein". You have to tell the busdriver that you want to get out in "Mariahoeweg", otherwise he will keep driving and you have to walk an hour in the Dutch countryside (which is a nice start of the day actually) with sheep and deers. Hitching at the petrol station took us (a guy and a girl) around 45 min from 9 am.

Had to wait 45mins-1hr before finding a ride going east toward Germany. Lots of traffic coming through, so seems like a good spot.

from marienhoveweg you have to walk towards the direction where the bus came from. then you can go under the highway and walk to the BP gasstation. It´s pretty good to hitchhike there

Isn't the station between exit 4 (not as written - exit 3) and the junction? At least that's what I can read from the map.

Kocian jr, May 2011
its better to go by train to weesp and than to take a bys 110 and stop and the “Mariahoeveweg”. I think bus 136 is not running anymore.
