I just had to ask few truck drivers with the right license plates and in less than five minutes I found one going to Białystok. (He told me that in peak hours the trucks can't use the S8, not sure about exact times, but can be found on the internet for sure, so be aware of that), no cars stopping at the servo when I was there (around noon)

Plenty of people stopped, willing to take us to the city center. It took a while to find someone going to Marki (NE outskirts of Warsaw), but we did manage to do it, so it is definitely possible.

Last petrol station before Warsaw. Probably a place to look for someone transiting through Warsaw if you want to avoid taking a break in the city.
