Good for going East indeed. I tried going north to Kielce with no luck, realized too late that nobody would take that route from here. If you're in the same situation, get a ride to Krakow and then walk to the S7.

Station at Morawica
You can easly catch something to Rzeszw. It's good place too if you go to East (Ucraina),
From Krakw you can get there by bus 209 and 226 (near is bus stop Morawica, you have to walk about 10-15min to station)
