In mid-May on a Wednesday late afternoon, Insa and Jan asked around at the service station. Got a ride fairly quickly, into Switzerland, near Olten (where the highway splits).

Big service station with a restaurant. Number of cars depends on time of day of course, but its always easiest to wait at the gas station and ask.
